01Highly productive double fleece machine
The increased number of feeders (3.2F/inch) combined with increased machine speed realizes higher production compared with our conventional models. It is equipped with cams, needles and sinkers having optimum configuration for forming loops in double fleece knitting.

02Plated double fleece
There are increasing demands for dimensionally stable, stretchable and less spirality-prone double fleece fabrics in which cotton yarns and polyester textured yarns are plated on the base fabric. This model is capable of satisfying such demands using specially developed knitting elements.

03Stretchable double fleece (optional)
Elastomeric plated double fleece fabrics with excellent elasticity can be knitted by installing elastomeric inserting units.

04Varied double fleece fabrics (optional)
Pique fleece can be knitted by using specially installed knit-tuck feeders. Light-weight and novel mesh fleece can be produced by knitting patterns on the ground using knit-welt selection.
* Exclusive parts are required for knitting pique fleece and mesh fleece. -
05Convertible to other models
As a means to meet the demand for quick delivery, the use of common parts allows quick conversion to other models such as single jersey machine (S3.2) and pile machine (S3.2PL). Not only the conversion parts for S3.2 series but also those for conventional models can be used.
