Single Knit Electronic Jacquard Double Fleece Machine

01Full jacquard double fleece machine

This model has been developed based on our M-SEC7BS (multi-feeder electronic machine equipped with SS-actuators). The capability of producing full jacquard knit fleece, jacquard mesh fleece and jacquard inlay will open up the possibility of new double fleece fabrics.
02User-friendly flip-up type yarn carriers

Independently adjustable flip-up type yarn carriers are used for KNIT-IN, TIE-IN and LAY-IN feeders. They facilitate threading work.
03Color LCD touch panel

The high-luminance and clear color LCD greatly reduces the chance of making mistakes in entering and confirming machine data, striper data, etc. The data is read by a USB flash drive and transferred to the FMC-50 controller
04Stretch fleece (optional)

Stretch fleece can be knitted as a yarn feeding roller can be fitted to the yarn carriers for knit-in feeder.
05Possibility of producing various fabrics other than double fleece

By converting this model to M-SEC7BS or M-SEC7BSME using optional conversion parts, various fabrics other than double fleece can also be produced.
