Multi-feeder Eightlock Machine

01Multi-feeder

Multi-feeder setup (3.2 feeders/inch) enables higher productivity compared with our 8ME series machines. Further increase in productivity is attained by higher machine speed.
02Newly developed closed cam system on the cylinder

More precise and stable needle movement is achieved throughout the machine speed range by thoroughly studying cam profiles and needle behavior to produce higher quality fabrics.
03Varied structure patterns

Varied eightlock structure patterns can be knitted with individual cams for knitting feeders (same as 8ME). Standard setup comes with 2 races on both the cylinder and dial. Up to 4 races can be optionally installed on the cylinder.
04Common needles and cylinder with 8ME

This model makes use of common needles and cylinder with 8ME series machines. The owners of 8ME series machines can considerably reduce the cost required for gauge change (cylinder change) or knitting structure change. *The needle is common to only 18～24 gauge
